The weekly docket schedule of the Kettering Municipal Court includes arraignments, hearings and trials. Typically, these are scheduled as follows:

Monday morning:
Arraignments; bench trials; motion hearings; changes of plea

Monday afternoon:
Pre-trial conferences and changes of plea on cases represented by a Public Defender; minor misdemeanor trials

Tuesday morning:
Arraignments; changes of plea; Civil trials; preliminary hearings

Tuesday afternoon:
Small Claims Court; miscellaneous Civil docket hearings

Wednesday:
Jury trials, as scheduled; bench trials; motion hearings

Thursday morning:
Arraignments; trials; changes of plea

Thursday afternoon:
Pre-trial conferences on cases represented by an attorney or Public Defender

Friday:
Arraignments; hearings; bench trials; preliminary hearings
