Clerk's Office Services

The Clerk of Court’s Office is responsible for maintaining and safeguarding all of the public records for court cases handled by Kettering Municipal Court. Our office is also responsible for collecting and distributing all of the fines, fees and costs related to these cases.

Case paperwork and records are filed and processed by highly knowledgeable staff in the Clerk’s Office. Computerized records for cases from 1988 to the present are available online at this web site. For hard copies of case files and for cases older than 1988, please contact the Clerk’s Office to determine what information is available based on record retention and public information laws.

Our office is open Monday through Friday, from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. We are committed to providing friendly, responsive service to the citizens of our region. Please stop in or contact our Traffic/Criminal or Civil/Small Claims Divisions at 937-296-2461 for assistance with case information and other public records requests, answers to questions regarding your court experience or information on paying court costs and fines.
