Additional Court Costs

In addition to the basic court costs charged when a person pleads guilty to a criminal or traffic charge, the following costs and fees may be assessed. Some of these costs are mandated or set in the Ohio Revised Code and some are set by the judges of Kettering Municipal Court:

Collection Agency Information
If you are having trouble making payments, please come in to the Court any Monday, Tuesday, Thursday or Friday at 9:00 a.m. so you can make payment plan arrangements. If you are delinquent in making payments, your case may be referred to a collection agency and you will be charged an additional 30% of the amount that you owe the Court.
